Photojournalist Steve Russell of the Toronto Star had this wonderful first place winner in the feature category of the National Press Photographers monthly clip contest for region 2. Everyone who has worked at newspapers has to shoot the dreaded weather shot, but every now and then we are able to find something really interesting in something so mundane.
